Great cities of Tezail were at peace for nearly a millenia since the Blood Raven was created and ended evil for what was believed to be forevor. "The Weapon"(referring to the Blood Raven) went to rest, but became disturbed. Evil's long unseen presence now seemed only temporary. Rumors of sinister dealings in the northwestern territories of the planet began to spread and fears arroused. There rose many concerns for the world's safetly; no one was at ease. soon cities became shielded by powerful forcefields for the purpose of keeping out mysterious strangers and anyone who seemed to be posing a threat to society itself was arrested for conspiracy; many of them were innocent people who were only standing up for their loved ones. Orphans of young ages began to fear asking ohers for food and began to starve. Soldiers soon started patroling the cities causing the people to be affraid of stepping foot onto the streets. Things only became much worse for them. Those who wore black were shot down in misunderstanding due to rumors of the color of the supposed enemy's clothes. Government itself was twisted, becoming the enemy without even realizing it.

A rebelion against the governments was forged as civilions took up arms to fight the soldiers, but very few cities refrained from taking such violent actions. One city, Petrius, was among the peace. It was where few of those who remembered the Blood Raven through experience resided. They all had not aged, but were somehow gifted with long life through the incredible powers of the "weapon". They were the only ones who knew that the Blood Raven wasn't truly a weapon after all, but could become one if captured by evil masters nonetheless.
